 You can keep your headphones on if you like, but don't rock back and forth while you're casting. Although you will see long distance tournament casters do it, they do it in precisely the right manner, at precisely the right time, and accuracy is not a big consideration. Watch these same tournament casters compete in the accuracy part of the competition and they stand perfectly still. They know that if they move too soon it steals energy from the cast instead of adding energy to it, and rocking back and forth causes all kinds of accuracy problems. The fewer variables introduced into the cast, the fewer things to go wrong. |
